Welcome to Talkloo, a product of Talkloo ("Talkloo", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you access or use any part of our services-including our website at https://www.talkloo.com, our applications, and our AI-powered omnichannel communication systems (collectively referred to as the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.
Talkloo is a U.S.-based company headquartered at 8301 State Line Rd Ste 220 #3748, Kansas City, MO 64114. We provide tools that enable users to create, test, and deploy AI-powered omnichannel communication agents including SMS, Voice, WhatsApp Business API, SIP/VoIP Trunking, and DID Management.
We may collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide to us when using the Service. This can include your name, email address, phone number, company name, billing information, and other contact details. This information is typically collected when you sign up for an account, fill out a form, communicate with us, or configure a communication agent on our platform.
When you interact with our platform, we may automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and duration of your visit, and the referring URL. If you use a mobile device to access our Service, we may also collect device information such as model, operating system, mobile browser type, and identifiers.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our platform and understand user behavior. Cookies are small text files stored on your device to help remember your preferences or login state. You may set your browser to refuse cookies, but some features of the Service may not function as expected without them.
When you use Talkloo to build AI communication agents, we store the configuration, prompts, flows, and any structured inputs you provide. These are kept securely and are associated with your account as long as the assistant remains active.
If your assistant initiates or receives phone calls, SMS, or WhatsApp messages through our system, we may process metadata such as call duration, call status (e.g., answered or missed), message delivery status, and the numbers involved. If you choose to enable call recordings or transcriptions, those may also be stored on your behalf. This data is associated with your assistant and is available for review or management through your account.
If you connect external services (e.g., CRMs or calendar tools), we securely store necessary credentials such as API keys or webhook URLs. These are encrypted and only accessed as required to perform the functions you have enabled.
We may provision DID landline, mobile, or SIP/VoIP numbers for your account to enable inbound or outbound calling. In such cases, we store the number, the region, and its assignment within your account for operational purposes.
The information we collect is used to operate the Service, provide user support, maintain account settings, and fulfill your requests. Any communication initiated by Talkloo will typically relate to product usage, support inquiries, account management, or service updates. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
We retain personal and platform data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at privacy@talkloo.com. In some cases, we may retain limited information for legal or security reasons.
Talkloo does not sell, lease, or rent your personal data to third parties. We may disclose data only in specific situations, such as when required by law, to trusted service providers under contract, or during a business transaction like a merger or acquisition. All disclosures are made in accordance with applicable laws and subject to appropriate safeguards.
If you access the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer in compliance with applicable legal standards.
We take reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your personal data. This includes encryption, secure access control, and regular review of security practices. While we strive to protect your information, no system can guarantee 100% security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, update, or delete your data, as well as object to certain uses. To make such a request, please contact privacy@talkloo.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
Our Services are not intended for individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us immediately and we will take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices, legal obligations, or the features of our Service. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
